  • Potential Dangers of 5G & Losing Control Over the Holidays #1143

In today's episode we talk with Dr. Debra Greene about the potential dangers of the 5G network. Then we talk with DeWone Bennett about why we lose control of our diet during the holidays.
The 5G Network - Will it Hurt us?
Dr. Debra Greene, PhD, is a mind-body medicine specialist and frequently quoted expert in the fields of energy medicine and energy psychology. Today we talk with her about a topic that we have discussed in the past, and this is the 5G network. 5G has rolled out all over the world, with the big cities being the quickest to implement it. The network enhances speed, efficiency, and creates connections to more devices. Of course if its faster and newer, the people want it.

The application of 5G is different than that of any of the others. There will be small cell towers and antennas, which will be positioned much closer together and be more prevalent. All of this produces Radiofrequency Radiation (RFR), which has extreme negative effects on the human body. After much exposure, "it can damage DNA and lead to cancer; cause oxidative damage that can cause premature aging; disrupt cell metabolism; and potentially lead to other diseases through the generation of stress proteins." Dr. Greene talks with us today about the science and application of this network in more depth. Along with this, we talk about how it can potentially have negative psychological effects as well.

We are going to continue this topic with Dr. Debra Greene again very soon.
Why We Lose Control Over the Holidays
There are a lot of things in this life that we cannot control. When we feel out of control, it usually doesn't feel so good. We like to know what's coming and what the outcome will be from our actions. Today we talk with DeWone Bennett about why we lose control of our diets over the holidays. DeWone is a licensed professional counselor with over 11 years of experience.

He talks with us about why we seem to feel entitled to all the food we indulge in over the holidays. Most families go above and beyond during Thanksgiving and Christmas and make enough food to feed a football team. And we all know the feeling of over-doing it on holiday food, right? Why do we lose control so easily with this? DeWone tells us what goes on mentally that allows us to go a little overboard during this time of year. He then gives us tips on how to prevent this loss of control, and stay on top of your diet while still enjoying the holiday food.
