He has been in the health and fitness industry for over 24 years, and is currently the Director of Mindset and Nutrition at The Adaptive Training Foundation. First, Mo talks with us today about staying on track of your goals during the holidays. A lot of people put pressure on themselves to not eat terribly during the holidays. And the other half seem to go crazy and eat whatever they want. But either way, it's your choice. Mo tells us exactly how to frame our mindset to keep our goals and enjoy our holidays at the same time.
How to go Through a Respectful Divorce
Next, Mo Brossette talks with us about something more personal - divorce. Keeping respect for each other and the people you love around you can get lost during the whole process of a divorce. The regulation on food is almost as bad as that of cosmetics.

Stephanie talks with us about how to read nutrition labels, how to shop in the grocery store, and how we can do our part to enforce some change. By demanding safe and healthy products for us and future generations, we have to demand it. That means, leaving the bad stuff on the shelves. The benefits are great, and Dr. Brooke talks with us today about what women need to look out for.

The top considerations for women are things like thyroid, estrogen levels, cortisol levels, and insulin resistance. To put it simply, we are not all created equally. Our bodies do not respond the same way to certain diets as others do. That's why Dr. Brook wrote her newest book, Hangry: 5 Simple Steps to Balance Your Hormones and Restore Your Joy. We have to get to know our bodies and what works for us before starting a diet. The keto diet is great! But, does it work the same for everyone? No. Listen in to hear Dr. Brooke break down these 5 considerations and how to know if a ketogenic diet is right for you.

Then he did his own thorough research on the diet and figured out there were healthy ways to do it. We talk about things like protein intake, ketosis, and knowing how much to eat for your body size. We are not scientists or nutritionists, and there is a plethora of information out there. Sam Morris is a recovery coach and addiction consultant. He has joined us a few times to talk about his own recovery journey and other topics revolving around addiction. Managing Holiday Stress
Both of our experts today are perfect for this discussion. Being licensed in psychiatry and psychology, we dive into this topic talking about the food aspect and the mental and emotional aspects. The holiday's are great; they are a time to gather with family, break bread, and relax. But most of the time it is not that simple.

What can be detrimental is comparing this years festivities with past years, and feeling like you were let down.
