It is never about "doing", but rather how committed are you to the thing you say you want. When you "try" to do something, what you're really saying is, "I have is to leave an escape route, so that in the event things don't work out, you can say you put forth a valiant effort. However, when you consciously choose what you want and commit to its achievement, you move forward with resolve, cutting yourself off any other outcomes other than the result you're after. So, how committed are you to the things you say you want?
I believe that the meaning of life is to feel good. Think about it... Why do you do the things you do? Isn't it to feel a certain way? This can get a little messy when the result we're after requires us to step through some pain in the process. When this happens, it is important to remember with vivid detail why you're going after the thing in the first place, as well as, that you get to decide how you'll enjoy the ride. Let's face it, embarking on a journey, only to enjoy the arrival doesn't sound too smart, especially if it requires a decade of your life. Hence, we want to make sure we get what we want, while enjoying the ride.

As a society, we have the bad habit of seeking answers outside ourselves, rather than going inward, where the real answers lie. This is especially true when it comes to morning rituals. Is there a morning ritual that is more optimal than others? Sure, there are more empowering habits, such as choosing a meal that will give you energy vs leave you feeling bogged down, but the right morning ritual for you is the one that evokes the feelings you want to thread throughout your day. In this episode I will break down the simplistic approach to creating your morning ritual.

Like attracts like. Whether you're experiencing joy and passion or overwhelm and anxiety, what you're feeling is directly related to what you're open to receiving. Change your frequency and you change your experience of life. Doing so will require you to identify and answer the following:
-Where you are currently (emotionally).
-The thoughts that have brought you here.
-Where you want to go.
-The thoughts you will take you there.

Fear is a natural process of life and a hurdle you must jump over to achieve anything you want in life. Knowing this, how do you move through and conquer the fear, rather than let it paralyze you? In this episode I will share a formula for moving past fear, as well as, an experience I recently had where one wrong move literally meant death and how I overcame it.

What if you could see every passing moment as a blessing? How would that impact your life? It is often the most challenging of times that are our greatest teachers. The good thing is that you don't have to go through a traumatic experience in order to have this shift in perspective. You can do it by simply asking a different question.

What if you could experience the result of what you want before you get it? Seems a bit backwards, but it is exactly what you need to do in order to get the result you're after. Doing so takes your focus off of the bumps in the road, keeping your eye on the prize. In this episode I share my experience preparing to walk across hot coals and the power of celebrating my outcome.

Everything we do is awkward at first. Sure, passion pushes us forward to take the initial action, but not long after we're confronted with the reality that there is a lot we don't know. What we decide next will determine the trajectory of your life. Will you break through, learning what you need to learn in order to become competent in the new skill, will you bounce against the wall, doing the same thing and expecting a different result or will you simply give up. My advice to you is not to give up before the transformation. Break through, because what's on the other end is far greater than you could ever have imagined...
