Do you ever get triggered by people, whom you don't even know? If so, as it was with me, you may be projecting your past onto your present. This is done with people, situations, experiences, and even things. When we understand that the mind is just a memory bank of past experiences, we can go back to find the "record" that is triggering this response within us. Doing so gives us more emotional elasticity and opens us up to the unfolding experience.
Whatever we do, there's a reason for it. We just may not be conscious if it. There is tremendous power in setting an intention before you perform a task. Doing so acquaints you with that which what you want, while also presenting you with a map on how to get it. While setting intentions is good, if we're not careful, we may actually do ourselves some harm. It could be as harmless as taking that last drink while at the bar with friends or choosing to keep the peace at the expense of our own self confidence. The key to overcome this is to set even higher intentions. By doing so, we respond in a way that is good for us, others, and spirit.
Life is full of experiences, many of which are beyond our control. With that said, things aren't always going to go that way. When that is the case, we get to choose one of two options: we can play the victim of our story or we can play the hero. Could it be that easy? Yes. In this episode I will show you that theres a fine line separating the two. It is up to you to choose the more empowering meaning.
If we want to live full, rich, happy lives, there's one thing we must avoid at all costs and that is the act of comparison. You may have heard the saying, "comparison is the thief of joy", that is because each time we compare ourselves or what we have, we are turning a blind eye to the blessings in our life, choosing to instead focus on what we believe to be lacking. If we would only take a step back, we may find out that the grass is sometimes greener right where we're standing. Are you doing something, that at one point, was only a dream? Perhaps, now that it is in your life, you're taking it for granted? Sometimes all it takes is a little reminder to remember how lucky we truly are.
Show me a person's room and book case and I will tell you about the person. Each day we're being primed by things like the news, social media, and even our loved ones. This priming impacts how we respond to our the world and our days. What if we could set ourselves up to feel good and go after our goals, without any conscious effort. If you did that at the beginning of each day, what kind of affect would it have on your interactions? Your work? How you feel about the future? Here are some tips to make the transition from overwhelm to inspired!

What would you go for, if you knew that by doing so, you would inspire those around you? Sometimes we hold ourselves back because we fear separation, we fear loosing connection and love. What if that was only a story in your head? What if by doing so, you would actually inspire those around you to reach for new heights? The were my thoughts, that was until I saw effect my actions had on others. Then it changed...
Who do you want to become? An importantly question that we seldom ask ourselves. Once you've got the answer to that, what goals can you set that will take you to/develop you into the person you wish to become? So many people, including yours truly, set goals and take action without every really pausing to look ahead and ask, "where will this take me?" Aware of this, we get to take actions that will move us forward and faster, because the small actions we take will be in alignment who who we want to become. What goals will you set for yourself this year?
Your "WHY" is the driving force behind every action. It is so powerful, that millions of people spend their entire lives lives searching for it, failing to realize it was under their noses the entire time. Everything we do has a why. Said differently, everything we do has a purpose. The reason so many are unaware of this controlling force, is that they've been unconscious in choosing it. Something magical happens when we consciously choose our purpose. Instead of haphazardly moving through life, we become deliberate creators and as a result, more fulfilled.
What if I told you that you were under a spell. Don't worry, you're not the only one. We are all under a spell, many in fact. These spells are the beliefs we hold and stories we tell ourselves, which shape our daily experiences and ultimately our lives. However, not all spells are created equally... Some spells are constructive and others destructive. The only way to experience more of life is to become aware of these destructive lies, so that we can release ourselves from their power and fully step into the light of truth. How does one identify these destructive spells? Listen to find out...
What if you could identify the emotional state where all decisions flow from alignment? What I'm referring to is inspired action. Inspired actions are the impulsive actions that result from an inspired state. These actions come from a place of abundance, excitement, and possibility, as opposed to fear, uncertainty, and scarcity. They have the ability to catapult you faster and further towards the life you dream of and as a result, must be seized when they arise. In this episode I will share examples of inspired action, so that you can identify and act on them when they show up in your own life.
