How to do this life hack:
- Set up an eBay and Facebook Marketplace account
- Put things you are not using into a box, if it’s still there in 6 months you will know you don’t need it
- Post items by copying the best practices of people already on the platforms (pictures, text & prices)
Why it will work for you:
- If you lose the emotion over your old stuff, you can turn it into something you actually care about (eg: travel)
- Sell in bulk, get more space back, enjoy the piece of mind that comes from a minimalist lifestyle

How to do this life hack:
- You actually have to exercise (I can’t do the work for you)
- Start with just one minute per day, then up the time (eg: do as many push-ups as possible)
- Do it first thing daily.
- Walk/Ride instead of driving where ever possible
- Get a fitness buddy to keep you accountable and motivated
Why it will work for you:
- You are starting small so you have the time, doing it first thing so you wont forget, and your friends will hold you accountable - you won’t want to let them down.
Remember, gains take time.

How to do this life hack:
- Set a timer for 1 -5 minutes (if you go to hard to soon you will burn out)
- Sit down & close your eyes
- Draw your attention to the sensation of the breath entering and leaving the nose
- When a thought, emotion, feeling or anything else distracts you, gently return your focus back to the breath.
Why it will work for you:
- By constantly returning your focus back to the breath, you are training your ability to focus on the present moment. Like the gym, the more you train mindfulness, the better you will get at it.

How to do this life hack:
- Every time you touch a door handle, think ‘posture’ and fix it.
Why it will work for you:
- By triggering the desired behaviour (in this case standing with good posture) to a common environmental stimulus (eg: touching a door handle). You are giving yourself countless daily reminders. Eventually it will become natural.

How to do this life hack:
- Set an alarm clock for when you are already waking up (eg: 8 am)
- Every day, set the alarm clock one minute earlier everyday (eg: 7:59 am, 7:58 am) until you get to your desired waking time
Why it will work for you:
- By changing waking times slowly your body has the chance to adapt, and won’t be shocked out of the habit.
