  • EP-71 -The cost of being wrong, then less then cost of nothing

The cost of being wrong is less than the cost of doing nothing. I’ve applied this mindset to how I’ve pursued my dreams. I’ve made many mistakes trying to make things happen, instead of getting stuck in regret or overthinking. That’s why I chose to act maybe even starting a podcast rather than stay stuck in hesitation.

Hope you enjoy guys, love ye lots, marty waves :)

  • EP-70- Character Is Revealed Over Time, Not In a Moment

Sometimes intense situations reveal a person’s true character; other times, they simply make people act poorly in the moment. Only time shows who someone truly is. I break this down in relation to a friend situation that went sour and left me very hurt. Hope you can learn something from it.

Love yea lots, marty waves :)

  • 62- I ran a half marathon in London !

Yesterday I ended up running a half marathon around London, even though that definitely wasn’t the plan. I’d originally set out to do about eight miles, but once I got going I felt good and thought I’d stretch it to eleven. Then, somewhere along the way, I just decided I might as well go the whole way and complete the half. I finished in 1 hour and 54 minutes, which isn’t quite what I was aiming for, but it still feels like a solid effort, especially with the Latvia marathon coming up in six weeks, which I’m really excited about. Overall, it was such an enjoyable run I made some great memories, my legs felt strong, my breathing was steady, and my energy levels were right where they needed to be. Honestly, I just feel really grateful to be able to push my body like that. hope you enjoyyyyy :)
