Police have since arrested a 17-year old in the case and he’s been charged with attempted murder and sexual assault with a weapon; We’re learning new details about what went wrong before the Air India crash that killed 260 people one month ago today. An audio recording from inside the Boeing plane’s cockpit reveals confusion among the pilots, raising questions about whether the crash was caused by human error or a technical malfunction;
