14 men were arrested as part of a multi-agency operation called “Operation Boogeyman” to identify people trying to target children for sex, according to the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office. Their ages range from 21 to 58. Detectives posed as preteen and early teenage boys and girls and arranged a time to meet with the suspects.
