This is a long hard road....it's a good road, but it is not an easy one.  It takes you to a good place, but not without a whole lot of effort.  Trauma recovery is about the journey...there isn't a destination of "cured"

Coping makes room for healing, but it can also create a dangerous trap.  If all you ever do is cope, you will not heal.

Operational stress INJURY, is a term I prefer to PTSD, because it is more accurate.  It is an injury, not a sickness.
