#22 - In this episode, I’m joined by Lily Hernandez, Southern California based photographer for business owners, celebrities, and well-known brands. She shares how she transitioned from a dream job in Public Relations at Fox Sports to a full-time photography business.
She never imagined going down the road of photography. She had a promising career that she loved, but later fell head over heels for the endless opportunities photography could present. Struggling with the thought of losing a “safe” career, she leaped into the world of entrepreneurship and realized she was grateful for what she had but desired more. She’s now able to design her day around her personal priorities, the mom she wants to be, and the clients she wants to serve.

In this microcast, I talk about a podcast I heard that I was trying to understand myself. Have you ever thought, “I will be happy when…” We believe that when we remove ourselves from a toxic environment or something external changes, our emotions will change along with it. But, that negativity may still come along with you. Listen and see if it makes sense to you too.

#14 - In this episode, I share tips and strategies I learned to create habits that stick. Habits can be very difficult to create, but it doesn't have to be impossible.
You don't have to be a super disciplined and motivated person to create better habits either. You can go from procrastinating to becoming very productive. It's just about focusing on the right activities and forming habits in a way that will help you stick to them long-term.
