It looked all offseason like Baltimore Orioles top pitching prospect Grayson Rodriguez was primed to win a spot in the Opening Day starting rotation. Instead, it was announced on Monday that he would start the season in Triple-A Norfolk. Host Connor Newcomb breaks down the Orioles decision from both sides of the argument.

Connor talks about why this is clear service time manipulation by the Orioles, but also discusses how Rodriguez's Spring Training stats may have been a factor in this decision.
