During his childhood, Alec experienced a peculiar phenomenon where he would find himself outside of his own body at night. Upon awakening, he would observe his sleeping form before embarking on a journey to explore his own home. Initially, this activity was enjoyable, but he was apprehensive about entering a specific area downstairs, sensing an ominous presence beckoning him toward it. Eventually, he mustered the courage to venture into that area, only to be tormented by an entity for several hours, a haunting experience that persisted into his teenage years.

Alec now believes the entity that tormented him in his childhood was The Night Hag or The Old Hag. This is a supernatural creature that shows up in almost every country and culture around the world, going back very far into history. In fact, the word nightmare even comes from folklore about this entity!

This is part one of a two-part series.

Terra sees a pyramid-shaped UFO above her swing set in Tucson Arizona. It may have been a vision, a dream, or real life. Afterward, she begins to experience prophetic dreams and unusual abilities that she believes might be connected.

This episode is the first of a few interviews I have done that feature strangely similar aspects. Things I wouldn't think too much about if I didn't notice them repeating between people that are completely unrelated. And of course, I wouldn't be pointing all this out if I didn't already have something it was leading towards.

Also, on Patreon this week I have an interview with an Oxford Biologist about miners in South America who worship Satan, aka "El Tio" who they believe protects them while underground. Watch and Listen to that by signing up for the Otherworld Patreon

Robert, a self-described Atheist, was diagnosed with CIDP as a baby. CIPD is a rare and incapacitating disorder, which confined him to a wheelchair and left him living in children's hospitals throughout his childhood. Despite medical professionals deeming it impossible for him to walk, Robert defied the odds and achieved a miraculous recovery. His family believes this recovery may be linked to a vision of the Virgin Mary that Robert experienced shortly before.

This episode delves into Robert's extraordinary journey growing up with significant challenges, and the paranormal events he encountered during this time and continues to experience to this day. Additionally, it explores how these phenomena affected the beliefs of his family members in various ways, and how despite witnessing what many people would consider miracles, Robert remains an Atheist to this day.

Two friends believe they may have accidentally summoned a demonic entity while imitating something they saw on Gwenyth Paltrow's Netflix show "Goop Lab".

Possible Correction: The Goop Labs episode in question was "Episode 6: Are You Intuit?", not the episode specifically about Energy Healing.

Special thanks to Melinda Lee Holmes for answering my questions. Melinda is an author, Tarot expert, and "witch about town". She also worked at a crystal shop in Los Angeles for many years, so if there's such thing as a "Goop Incident" expert, she is probably that too.
