Ottawa announced changes to the way its funding First Nations education in a bid to make sure on-reserve students get similar support to what's offered in provincial school systems. But Amanda LeBlanc says that's not helping the many students attending off-reserve schools. She is the interim chief and president of the New Brunswick Aboriginal Peoples Council.
