Just a few weeks ago, I didn’t even own a bike. But here we were, climbing up an old service road in the middle of nowhere Idaho and I was starting to feel the reality of my inexperience. We were here to fish, but truthfully it was hard to even think about fishing with what was ahead of us. We were deep in bear country with no cell service, no support vehicle, and no option of turning around.
