This week on the podcast Hallie and Katie download the big highlights of the last couple of weeks. Hallie opens up about the big hormone drop she's experienced since weaning her baby off of breastfeeding and reveals that with it, she's feeling some postpartum depression. Meanwhile, things are a bit more lighthearted over at Katie's house, where her husband, Jason, took the fam on a voyage to track down and secure the same green suede jacket Ryan Reynolds was recently spotted wearing. The mom-of-two also has a new movie recommendation for all the mamas out there, 'Nightbitch,' starring Amy Adams on Hulu.

Looking ahead to the new year, Katie is hoping to invest time into herself and two new hobbies: pilates and scrapbooking. Hallie is ready to lock down a new routine for herself so she doesn't always feel like she's flying by the seat of her pants. But both mamas wish more than anything to continue to grow this podcast and this incredible community of women.
