We wanted to lighten the mood this week so we decided to tackle our Top 5 tunes we're running to at the moment. We both found our lists eclectic and think you'll enjoy our take on runnin' with tunes.

This week on Coffee Talk we discuss the one thing runners are always talking about. Knees. Knees and knee injuries tend to pop up in conversations with us runners constantly. Whether we're talking IT band friction syndrome, patella issues or the elusive "runners knee", we're always trying to figure out how to get those knees straightened out.

This week on the podcast we're talking all about the stuff non-runners say to you, we're talking everybody from people who drive by in cars to your family at Thanksgiving...no Uncle Freddy I haven't run Boston...

This week we’re talking mileage, how much is too much. Can you run too much? Quality vs quantity etc.. We learn that just like most things the truth is somewhere in the middle for most folks.

It’s heating up outside around these parts. Summer is a few weeks away and we thought we’d hit ya with some tips for battling the heat.

This week we talk all about the food we eat before during and after the run. We also cover our favorite meals and chat a little bit about our weeks in running.

As runners we sometimes think just doing exercises, warming up properly or stretching afterwards will help us avoid injuries. But if you're sleeping 2 hours a night...nothings gonna help more than getting some rest.
