The other day Razor was heading out for his usual run after work and noticed some Thunderstorms off in the distance. Did he phone it in? No. But he did make some adjustments. As runners we always find ourselves in those situations, we planned on a run and something gets in the way, a thunderstorm, babysitter cancellation or any number of things. We aren't going to not run, it's just not an option. So we adjust and we're flexible. This week Ray and Eric hit each other with a few scenarios and speak on how they make adjustments.
