Today’s interview is special and kind of personal to me, in that I finally get to speak to someone who understands experiences I’ve had since I was fifteen-years old: sleep paralysis.

If you’ve been listening to the podcast for some time, you may have heard me mention how I used to experience sleep paralysis in a very extreme way. At this point in my life, it still happens, but only a handful of times a year, versus nightly. I've heard of other people having experiences similar to mine, but no one I've ever had a conversation with, until today!
