Jey Uso again found himself at the center of brother Jimmy and cousin Roman Reigns' power struggle Friday night on SmackDown, teaming with Jimmy for the first time in well over a year to battle The Street Profits in a blockbuster tag team main event.

The match headlined a show that continued WWE's road to Hell in a Cell, wrote the latest chapter in the intensifying rivalry between Cesaro and Seth Rollins, and provided an explanation for Aleister Black's attack on Big E that cost him the Intercontinental Championship a week ago.

Cameron Grimes has been haunted at every turn by Ted DiBiase. The Million Dollar Man was ready to face off with The Technical Savage, possibly resolving their long-running dispute.

The card also included the debut of Franky Monet, Bobby Fish seeking revenge in a match with Pete Dunne, and Bronson Reed's first words since winning the NXT North American Championship.

It was to be a packed edition for the black-and-gold brand, which had all the potential to shine!

With just under four weeks until WWE Hell in a Cell on June 20, management has yet to book a single match for the show. That means we should start seeing the card come together over the next couple of weeks.

Monday's Raw featured yet another encounter between the former and current women's tag-team champions when Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler fought Natalya and Tamina.

NXT has not held back on giving big title matches every single week, and the May 18 edition was no different, as Johnny Gargano put his NXT North American Championship on the line against Bronson Reed in a steel cage match.
