Well my friends, today I start my 10th Season of An Older Gay Guy Show! I have all kinds of plans for this season, highlighted as always by my Sweeps Period which will be for the month of August (after voting for the Podcast Awards during July).

Today I start with an easy-breezy episode, which includes an edited part from one of my 'disappeared' episodes from a few years ago. This is actually what I consider a Part 2 of a video I did on An Older Gay Guy Show's YouTube channel that is titled 'Getting Over My Social Anxiety'. This podcast episode is a stand-alone show. It is not necessary to see the video prior to listening to this episode.
