A Massachusetts federal judge has temporarily blocked the Trump administration's plan to end a Biden-era parole program that allowed migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela to enter the U.S. legally. The judge's ruling prevents the termination of the program, which provided legal status and work permits to over 500,000 migrants.
