Sadly, this is the last episode recorded in "The Fort." Phil is moving to a sunny new location. He reflects on his time in this apartment where he has lived for the last 3 years. Ironically finding that it has been his own chrysalis. He talks about what he discovered in the dark and loneliness, showing us the juxtaposition of these with an opening to love. This episode unexpectedly became a farewell to many things.

In an expression of his newly budding feminine side, Phil adopts a cat named Yam. She's a skittish little kitty, and likes to hide behind the fridge. Sarah tells a story about a bird flying with one wing, and how it applies to the imbalance of masculine and feminine energies within humanity, society, and even within one individual person. Somehow this comes back around to sex, as things often do.

What does conviction have to do with wearing a mask? The two get into it about masking and beliefs and sheep and lions. Phil stumbles upon some self discovery where he finds himself annoyed and frustrated. Sarah pokes and prods to get to the truth and perhaps the reasoning behind why some of us hide behind the mask.

A short little ditty from the couch, recorded on Phil's cell phone because he was too sick to go anywhere. In the winter, sometimes life blends into itself and becomes homogenized. Sarah goes into a story about The Little Prince, and how to make your life matter when it all becomes the same color.

Phil had coffee with his friend who recently told him that t he AA spell had been broken. The mystery of how it works is no longer enchanting. What do you do when it seems the magic is gone? Is it really gone or was it ever there? Sarah says either magic is or it isn't. Phil has an epiphany about the mini tragedies which are always occurring, and realizes without these polarities there would be no yin to his yang and thus no contrast and thus no creation...thus sayeth the lord.

The Duo find a familiar parking stall place to record the podcast which happens to seem to be on the top of the world.
After some time--jabber between the two, Sarah looks over the bustle of the not so distant city and asks Phil, What is cumulative Time? Phil digs deep in his thoughts to find himself lost momentarily in the depths of his mind while Sarah listens and wishes they could turn the heater on.
