Grief is inevitable. Even if we’d love our loved ones to live forever, we all know this is impossible. Everyone at a certain point in their lives will experience a loss, and everyone will have to go through a grieving process in their own unique way. This process can cause a lot of pain, but, as with all the journeys, it can lead us to grow as human beings. Grief is complicated and painful. However, if we find the strength to embrace it instead of fight it, grief can help us find new meaning in life and open ourselves to the power of the universe.

Diana Hernandez Wayne’s worked in public accounting and e-commerce for a few years before having her calling to become a Life & Loss Coach.
