US researchers discovered that semaglutide – sold under the brand names Ozempic, Wegovy and Rybelsus – triggers “very large improvements” across a wide range of symptoms of heart failure. Poly- and perfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), which are long-lasting and potentially destructive to human health over time, were discovered in the majority of paper and bamboo straws tested. An updated COVID vaccine should become available in mid-September, along with a likely recommendation that everyone should get the booster shot from the CDC.
