Dom welcomes in State Representative Martina White back onto the Dom Giordano Program to discuss Governor Josh Shapiro’s incredibly long 90 minute budget address from Harrisburg today. Martina notes that most of his high-spending proposals are coming out of a surplus that the government has set aside for a rainy day fund. Then, Martina and Giordano go through the meat of his speech, with Martina explaining why Shapiro has called for more transportation funding, and telling about cuts he’s made to charter schools after previously propping up school choice on campaign trails.
