David Kearney has spent the past 20 years as high performance lead for Irish Ladies Golf and achieved great success in this role. Many collegiate stars and now LPGA Tour members have been coached and continue to take insights from David, namely Leona Maguire, Stephanie Meadow and soon to turn pro Olivia Mehaffey.

David was kind enough to spend some time with me on this week's episode sharing his journey in golf, his learnings and insights.

If you do one thing, please share the show.

A hell of a walk on song, a book to be bought and some great stories of early morning room visitors and a certain Bryan Nelson award. Plenty of craic in this one folks!

A gent, a scholar, an athlete and all round nice guy, John Murphy chats with me this week. Candid, honest and transparent is how I like my guests and John is that and more.

It is always a pleasure to chat with Tony Judge, founder of clubstohire.com and now of new start-up and disruptor to the golf club culture FlexyGolf.com. We have a great chat about Tony's background, where the idea of ClubstoHire initiated and also what idea led to FlexyGolf.com and who it is aimed at. Will it deter from current golf clubs business? Will it stop people renewing their memberships? That's up to you to decide.

It's been a minute, but I got to sit down with Irish Golf's leading amateur Caolan Rafferty. We chat getting into golf, being part of the Maynooth Golf Program, playing Walker Cup, his more recent activities as a part time green keeper at Dundalk Golf Club and his plan for the year ahead. There is a hidden code in the episode for FREE SHIPPING over at www.paddytalksgolf.com too.

Super chat, great guy and an exquisite example of how to embrace a bucket hat!

Chatting with people such as Chris Gallaher is one of the reasons I started this podcast in the first place. To learn about the great golf centre of excellences' across the country, especially in Junior Golf and learning about how the people within those setups and academies approach the game and they're teaching of it.

Chris has a passion for high performance golf and working with committed junior golfers. This shines through in our chat and I hope you enjoy it.

Over the holiday period I always take note of goals to strive and achieve over the next twelve months. This year, I put it out you all of you also to send me in your goals and together we can push each other forward and hold each other accountable.

I hope you enjoy this slightly new format and once the lost data on my laptop is recovered I can upload the YouTube video of this episode too!
