Is Capital Punishment needed or not is a debate that happens every time a sensational case judgement happens. I have my personal thoughts. I think that Capital Punishment is a barbaric form of punishment. Like we have discarded many such punishments this will also discarded. Over the time the countries that have joined the bandwagon of abolishing Capital Punishments have only increased.
