A massive leak from the Panama-based law firm Mossack Fonseca has revealed how clients used its services to set up hundreds of thousands of offshore companies in tax havens. There's nothing illegal about that in itself. But the so-called "Panama Papers" raise suspicion that at least some of the offshore entities were created to dodge taxes.
