Rebekka Helford, MA, LMFT, offers attachment- and trauma-informed psychotherapy for adults as well as short-term intensive parenting consultation (including home visits) both remotely and at her Mar Vista office. Rebekka also trains associate therapists at Well Baby Center in Mar Vista, teaches graduate fellows at the Reiss Davis Clinical Fellowship at Vista Del Mar Child & Family Services, and facilitates parent/toddler education groups for Cassidy Preschool in Santa Monica.

Rebekka earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brown University and her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. She has trained at the Maple Counseling Center, Vista del Mar Child and Family Services, the Center for Reflective Communities, the Trauma Resiliency Institute, and the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute.
