After 10 years of supporting people with Relationship OCD (ROCD) and relationship anxiety around the world, there are a few things I wish I could go back and tell myself at the beginning of my own journey.

In this solo episode, I reflect on the lessons I've learned through my own healing, as well as a decade of walking alongside thousands of individuals navigating ROCD.
