Welcome to Part III of the second sector of our mega-series: Am I Always Going to Be Alone? Finding Your Fairytale from our ME³! podcast.
Finishing this sector on anger, we share practical advice on how to deal with anger at oneself, God, others, and the world around us. While anger can be very helpful as an indicator that something in us is needing to be processed because it often points to a sense we have of unfairness or injustice that we are experiencing personally or vicariously, it is not a good decisionmaker for your relationships whether to yourself or with others. We also talk about the importance of releasing control of others and life around us instead of staying in anger over things not going the way we think they should. It's vital that we deal with others and ourselves graciously as much as possible. Our big picture strategy should come from calmness and choosing to make our way toward a non-angry view of the world around us.
That's it for anger! We've still got much more to share with this mega-series, so hold on to your hat! Whatever troubles relationships may have caused you, we are going to do our best to address them and help you Find Your Fairytale!
