Passive House Podcast cohost Matthew Cutler-Welsh interviews Bronwyn Barry, principal of Passive House BB and longtime board member and leader at The Passive House Network. The two dive into Bronwyn's recent presentation to COP27 in Egypt about the mutually supportive role that the international Passive House standard and building energy code development can play. She shares an analogy of Passive House as high-speed rail and code development as the local train; both are important, both ultimately reach the same direction, and the advancement of one supports the other.
