There is a higher knowledge of the existence of God that makes a person subject to God. Mankind was made by the Lord with spiritual faculties to receive impulses and impressions from the spirit realm to interpret the natural events of this world.
Who can access this higher realm: is it the Evil Man, the one who prefers his interest to that of God and His kingdom, or the Good Man, who eschews evil but still subjects to sensual interpretations of life, or the Spiritual Man, who has made contact with the Spirit of God?
Repentance from dead works, represented by the baptism of John ought to usher one into the baptism of Jesus, where he/she makes contact with the Spirit.
Clearly, the baptism of John, which is of water (natural truth/doctrine) alone does not grant access to the Spirit of truth (Knowledge beyond the senses). How then does the baptism of Christ Jesus, which is of the Holy Ghost and fire, influence this access?
In this message, “ Three Kinds of Men”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter explains how one can follow the precepts of the Lord and still be subjected to the influence of the senses. He reveals that we have been called to make contact with the Spirit of God, and live from that influence. This message will inspire you to lift up your eyes constantly unto the hills to access the divine help prepared for you.

Theme passage: Acts 19:1-7
Act 19:4-6 KJV 4 Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus. 5 When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. 6 And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.
Luk 3:16 KJV John answered, saying unto them all, I indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I cometh, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire:
