Pat Brady, former chairman for the Illinois Republican Party and a former federal and state prosecutor, joins Lisa Dent to discuss the government shutdown entering its third week. Brady reflects on past government shutdowns. He notes that there doesn’t seem to be any cooperation between the two parties and doesn’t see any immediate end to the shutdown.
