Melissa, also known as Delady, is an amazing musician and techno and electronic music DJ and producer. Delady shares her childhood growing up with traditional indigenous rituals in Medellin, Colombia and being brought up as a free spirit deeply connected to mother earth. She is one of the purest people I've ever met. Delady is filled with ancestral wisdom passed down from generations and lifetimes and she also embodies her inner child energy of play, creation, fearlessness. She effortlessly embodies the duality between wisdom and deep understanding of our planet AND the energy of fun and keeping things light through darkness.

She leads women's drum circles in Houston and reconnects us to our roots as we tap into the ancestral power of drumming and ultimately helping us remember who we are through the power of music and rhythm.

The way she intertwines her ancestral sounds with electronic and techno music is truly a musical journey for the soul. You can find many of her mixes on Youtube and her own music on Spotify!

ZeemeLee YaPXöP is a shaman of light, bufo facilitator, energy healer, yoga instructor, the list goes on, she is infinite and plays an infinite number of roles in this life. We sipped on some cacao and opened our hearts to speak about the Christ within. We talk about questioning the systems that have been made up by society and what it could look like to detach from those systems. We also talked about death and I had many speechless moments as Lee gave her perspective of death amongst so many more topics.

Lee has a podcast named Bufo Consciousness where she provides more reflections on the medicine of Bufo and how it connects you deeper to a higher vibration of love and consciousness. She works directly with the Seri Tribe which is an indigenous tribe in Punta Chueca, Sonora, Mexico that integrates the medicine of Bufo as a sacred ancient spiritual practice.

This episode wasn't focused on the specifics of the medicine of bufo or the origin of it. It was focused on clear messages that have come through for Lee through all of her experiences sitting with the medicine of Bufo.

Sol is a Female Empowerment Coach & Psychic Medium. She spent some time living two lives being a corporate accountant by day and psychic by night until she hit severe burnout at the young age 23. This catapulted her to make a choice to leave her job as an accountant and become a full time spiritual entrepreneur. There’s so much beauty in TRUSTING life and allowing the universe to guide you. AND discipline is self love. Something I am practicing lately is becoming the leader of my life. For many years I have allowed life to just guide me, and while this is AMAZING I have come to realize that I desire a balance between life leading the way and guiding me and me leading as life continues to guide me.

Structure is a necessary part of life. It creates boundaries and boundaries are not meant to limit you but rather EXPAND you within the bounds you choose to be in. There is a difference between limits and boundaries which I will cover in today's episode!

Khaliah Guillory is a Certified Sleep Expert and the founder of Nap Bar, YUP YOU HEARD THAT RIGHT! This is a space that offers rest sanctuaries in airports, hospitals, and corporations to help reduce sleep deprivation and increase productivity! We dive into Khaliah's path which began with years in a corporate job as VP of strategy at a financial institution where she was taking naps every chance she could. She felt that her contribution was not meeting her satisfaction and realized that even though she was great at her corporate job, she could no longer ignore her divine purpose to help solve sleep deprivation which lead to the idea of creating her own nap sanctuary for sleepy humans to rest, relax and rejuvenate. Sleep and rest were the focus of our convo but we talked about so much more than sleep! In todays episode I guide you through a new moon goal setting ritual and talk about ways to sync up with the cycles of nature and the cycles of the moon. I have been doing my own full moon and new moon ritual for many years and have seen such beautiful things manifest into my life.
