Daybell is the author of several Doomsday books and was the leader of a small cult, of which Lori was a devout follower.  When Lori started to refer to her children, Tylee (16), and JJ (7), as zombies people began to worry a little, but not too much.Once no one could find or speak to the children, and Lori gave conflicting stories of their whereabouts, for six months, she was finally arrested in February of 2020.
