My guest this week is musician Paul Banks.

Paul is a singer, songwriter, and lead vocalist of the band, Interpol. He’s made multiple solo albums and recently released a project called Muzz with fellow musicians Josh Kaufman and Matt Barrick.

Paul and I discuss his love of boxing, John Donne’s sonnets, health food, gym workouts to Mars Volta, writing the new Interpol album, getting fits off in Berlin, his loafer collection, and what clothes he’s been feeling lately.
