Saturday night didn't go exactly as planned for Orlando City. The Lions got off to a decent enough start but the same lack of sharpness with the final shot or pass returned after it took a vacation during the LA Galaxy match. An unlucky bounce gave the hosts their opening goal and they were good enough defensively to see the match out, while good enough offensively to pounce on a mistake at the back and put the game out of reach.

We've got our thoughts on Orlando's 2-0 loss in Montreal and make our Man of the Match selection.

OCB went on the road for a first-place battle against Crown Legacy FC. I don't know why I always want to call them Crown Royal but I'll bet it has nothing to do with how much soccer makes me want to drink sometimes. We talk about how the Young Lions had first place in the Eastern Conference in their grasp — until they didn't.

After that, we're joined by Danny Brams from the Charlotte Soccer Show. Danny and his ilk do a solid job with their Charlotte FC fan podcast and we were fortunate that he agreed to come on and get us up to date with what's going on with Orlando City's opponent tonight in the U.S. Open Cup.
