When we went to our two-shows-per-week format, we intended to cut the average length of our episodes. With that in mind, we think you won't mind too much about this episode being a little longer than usual. First of all, we're giving it to you a day early and second...well, we are extremely excited to bring you our extended interview with Orlando City Technical Director and Assistant General Manager Ricardo Moreira.

Ricardo was extremely generous with his time in giving us thoughtful and comprehensive answers to the questions we asked him, as well as the questions sent in by our TML Founders. Huge thanks to Ricardo and the Orlando City communications staff for facilitating the interview. It was a lot of fun and informative as well.

Before our chat with our special guest, we discussed what Junior Urso's return means to Orlando City. It's great to have the Bear back, bringing depth and experience to a young team. We are excited to see how he fits into the rotation. We also discussed a couple of transfer rumors — one that seems likely regarding Alejandro Granados potentially heading to Europe, and one that seems less likely about the Lions being interested in USMNT fullback Bryan Reynolds.

We also discuss what the Leagues Cup is, a bit about the format, what Orlando City's path is to the knockout round, and what might wait for the Lions if they reach the Round of 32.
