If you've been following the Peaceful Ease Podcast for a while now, you'd have noticed how recording this podcast has led the hosts' own evolution in their own paths - especially Ela's, she admits.
Trying all the different tools and therapies presented on the podcast on her self has created a big shift in Ela's own development. Even though this wasn't the intention to produce this podcast, it proves how powerful some of the tools and techniques we shared with you here are.
In this episode, Ela explains how she's been adapting to some of these major shifts in her life, and how we can find the power to do so in our own.
