Ela recently came across this quote, which prompted her to to create a list of things that have to be absent for genuine love to emerge.
According to Ela, love doesn't hurt, demand, or trigger fear; our expressions of love do. That's why we're all responsible for how we express our love to others, whether they are our intimate partners, children or friends.
