Wrestling Mindset is designed to help wrestlers build confidence and control their nerves in order to compete at their peak performance. Gene and Jeff were nationally ranked All Ivy League wrestlers from the University of Pennsylvania. Gene has a double masters in Psychology and Sport Psychology.
