In today's episode I was short for time as i've been so engrossed in writing a book, that i discuss briefly today. Rather than doing a talking only episode I thought I would get a bit creative and attempt to record a hypnosis, or what others call a guided meditation. Give yourself some time to sit down and relax while you listen to my voice take you back to the memories of you feeling your best.
