In this week's episode we re-ignite the conversation about Menopause in the workplace. It's been a little while since we've spoken about businesses and workplaces but with the year drawing to a close we thought it was a great time to talk about it again.
We have seen so much change over the last 12 months, momentum is definitely building and individuals across the business world are becoming part of this conversation. But there is still a very long way to go.
In this conversation, we talk through some stats from a recent Deloitte's survey, we discuss the impact that the lack of support is having on women at work and we round out our conversation with some ideas on how workplaces can start to introduce this topic and more.
We'd love to hear from you, is your workplace talking about Menopause? And if not, what is the obstacle? Feel free to send us an email
Thank you for always listening, we love and appreciate that you share your time with us.
If you haven't already we'd love you to let us know what you think of our podcast, will you leave us a review? And don't forget to subscribe and share it around with others. The more we all talk about Menopause, the more we can normalise it and create the change we want to see.

Welcome back to Peri Menopause Power. In this week's episode we give you the opportunity to take some time to connect with where you are right now - that might be physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
As we near the end of the year there are so many external factors that can play a critical role in how we are feeling, with or without Menopause symptoms. Unfortunately, the busyness of this time of year leave us feeling depleted, stressed, anxious and overwhelmed. This of course can hinder our energy levels and increase the impact of our symptoms.
During this episode we give you journal prompters that you can use to help you better connect with how you are feeling, set yourself an intention for the day ahead or simply be the beginning of your tracking your symptoms and energy levels.
You may like to pause the episode after each question and write down your answers or you might just like to have a moment of quiet contemplation whilst you are listening. Either way, we hope you enjoy this episode.
Have you been able to leave us a review yet? We would love to hear from you. If you can spare us a minute would you leave us a review and let us know what you think of our podcast. And of course feel free to reach out to us anytime.

In this week's episode, we have a thought provoking conversation about our beliefs, thoughts, feelings and actions around Menopause.
Always inspired by a quote, Natalie shares a quote from strategic coach Dan Sullivan which is "your eyes see and your ear hears what your brain is looking for". This is a powerful quote that can be applied to the lens of Menopause because consciously or subconsciously we all have beliefs, thoughts and feelings about what it is, what it means and our own personal experience.
Listen in to the conversation with Nat and Lisa have as they guide you through the thinking behind CBT and how you can start to unearth your beliefs and thoughts and make your own choices around how you want to feel, think and experience Menopause.
Have you been able to leave us a review yet? We would absolutely love it if you could. And don't be shy in sharing our podcast with those in your life who could do with a little Peri Menopause Power.
Thanks for listening as always.
