In this week's episode, Meg and Heather hint at the many benefits of tea tree oil (formerly called melaleuca). The best recommendation is to do some research about the many uses of tea tree oil, make sure you are buying it pure, and discover the many benefits of this oil that they cannot discuss here. Meg also offers a recipe for cuticle oil with tea tree oil as well. Here are two diffuser blend recipes.

CUTICLE OIL RECIPE:

Combine in a 10 ml roller bottle-
- 3 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp jojoba oil
- 10 drops vitamin E oil
- 4 drops 𝗱𝗼̄𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗥𝗔 lavender oil
- 4 drops 𝗱𝗼̄𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗥𝗔 tea tree oil
- 4 drops 𝗱𝗼̄𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗥𝗔 rosemary oil
- 4 drops 𝗱𝗼̄𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗥𝗔 lemon oil

🤔 If you’re using essential oils other than doTERRA, you’re probably going to need to 3x the amount of essential oils used

3 Tea Tree

3 Eucalyptus

2 Rosemary

Seasonal Changes Diffuser Blend

3 Lavender
