This weeks show I share a person_al story of my own about my friend Andy.
What I've learned from our friendship and our love of guitars and music.
Also being open about our feelings doesn't have to just stop with how we feel about ourselves.
There is a special moment for me also on the show as my friend never played guitar in front of anyone, he now has this moment immortalized forever playing on Spotify and all the other podcast providers for you.
Take it away Andy

Today the show goes international with my 1st overseas Battle Guest.
And wow, what a story he shares and what an inspirational and positive person he is.
We shared stories, laughs and deep emotions.
I know if it wasn't for the 4,519 miles that separate us we'd be close friends.
We also share a passion for Parkrun and I was honored to find out that due to something I do at my local Parkrun, these ripples are crossing the Atlantic and are being implemented in a Parkrun in Canada.
This is brilliant.

I've been planning this show in my head for a long time, hoping that by sharing peoples real stories it could make a difference to someone.
I made a list of guests I would love to have on the show to tell their stories.
This guest was top of my list, a good friend who over a coffee in Glasgow told me his battle with mental health and I remember just the shock of hearing his story.
Now he brings that story, to you.

I take my show on the road and on location to a coffee shop.
I talk openly and honestly with a close friend about our battles and how that brought us together.
A conversation between 2 friends, over 2 coffees, with 2 microphones whilst watching the world go by outside the window.

This is a podcast discussing mental health and its a subject very important to me as I myself am battling with my own mental health.
Let's 'Smash It' when it comes to the stigma about not…
Each episode a special guest will share their own battle and we can all listen and see if we can learn something from it.
Person-al Battles is a podcast about the human spirit and even when its down, broken and looks defeated in battle, it can pick itself back up, keep fighting and keep moving froward.
