Winter season is upon us and with that comes colder weather, shorter days, and lack of sun. The recipe for seasonal affective disorder. It hit both of us hard recently which caused lots of important discussions to be had. We open up about our current struggles with mental health. To lighten the mood for the rest of the pod, we share the funny, weird,  and gross comments we get on all of our social media platforms.
