AT least 2 people are dead. 2 other people are in serious condition.

THE car was heading northbound on I-95 when the vehicle struck a barrier, then flipped over the side and landed on its side on the sidewalk below the interstate.

A 22-year-old man was THROWN from the car. He DIED at the scene.

Another man WAS TAKEN to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital, where he DIED a short while later.

Police say 2 other men in that car are in serious condition, though it was unclear where they were being treated.
