After 9/11, America made some changes, to put it mildly.  Who better to recount said changes than the former deputy director of the CIA's counter-terrorist center and the FBI's national security branch?  Nobody, that's who.  And speaking of 9/11, here's a fun fact: as of this year, many college freshmen hadn't even been born yet when it happened.  If you want to hire some of said youngsters to do odd jobs, you're in luck.  There's an app for that.  People still say that, right?
