Welcome to this week's Philosopher Insight where I feature Stephen M.R. Covey's latest book - Trust & Inspire_How Truly Great Leaders Unleash Greatness in Others.
Stephen M. R. Covey is an American writer and public speaker and the author of the books: The Speed of Trust, Smart Trust, and now Trust & Inspire.
Covey is the co-founder and CEO of CoveyLink Worldwide and the former President and CEO of Covey Leadership Center.
In this book, Covey shares a simple solution to addressing the current challenges with the way organizations, schools, and families are led today. His aim was to share a model that aligns with the realities of today. A leadership model that is more people-driven than it is hierarchy or compliance-driven.
I loved this book and I believe it can serve as a valuable resource to anyone at any position in an organization, school, or community. It is one of those books that you'll read multiple times to revisit some of the powerful ideas and strategies presented in this book.

In this week's edition of the Philosopher Insights podcast, I am super excited to release Part I of my favorite insights from Tony Robbins' latest book - Life Force.
If you want to get a glimpse at the incredible developments that are happening across many areas of medicine, and you want to learn more about the future of healthcare, then you will absolutely love this book.
It's a 700-page manual that you don't need to read cover to cover to extract the value. I found this book absolutely fascinating because much of what he discusses in this book is already here or on the outside about 24 - 36 months from becoming mainstream.
The book was so thorough and so packed with insights that I decided to share it over two separate podcast episodes.
Enjoy!

Todd Henry speaks regularly on productivity and leadership and is the author of The Accidental Creative: How to Be Brilliant at a Moment's Notice and Die Empty. What makes his writing so amazing, he shares simple and easy-to-implement ideas. I hope you walk away from today's short clip being able to reframe the importance of today - it's not about tomorrow, next week, or next month, it's about showing up today.

Today's Philosopher Byte is a clip from Alan Stein Jr, the author of the great book 'Raise Your Game.' I think we can all learn valuable lessons from athletes who commit their lives to their goals or purpose and the late Kobe Bryant taught us a lot.
In this clip, Alan Stein Jr will share what he learned about Kobe Bryant. He knew he was the best basketball player in the world, but it wasn't until he watched Kobe Bryant practice that he understood why he was the greatest in the world. If success leaves clues, then why not learn from one of the greatest athletes in sports.

Have an amazing day!
I first heard about Jay Glazer's book after listening to Jay on Ed Mylett's podcast, and because I have watched Jay for years on Fox NFL Sunday, I thought I would casually read this book when I had time. I started to read it and I could not put it down. - I read the entire book in one day.
In this book, Jay shares his daily battle with mental health, what he refers to as "living in the gray." This is a really well-written book that I believe will help more people show up with more courage and vulnerability.
If you struggle with anxiety or depression, I encourage you to not only listen to these insights but take the next step and read this book. Warning: Jay wanted to be authentic with his message, so the book does contain explicit language, but if you can look past that this book will definitely have an impact on your life.
Enjoy!
